Pwede ba mg exerci$e kahit may mens? sabi kasi nila bababa daw ang matre$? totoo po ba ito? everyday kasi ako ng jo-jog e...

 It is safe:) Just don't overexert yourself since you are "tender" in some areas.

Working out during your menstruation will not only ease dysmenorrhea but will also get your mind off of it. However, certain forms of (eg. Ashtanga) yoga prohibit women who are menstruating from practicing due to the flow of energy caused by certain poses.

It's safe to exercise as long as it's not that heavy exercise that bodybuilders do.,like weight lifting.,so it's safe.,

about the uterus(matres) thing, its a myth. kaya nasasabi nung iba na bumababa, its because kelangan mo din mg-kegel exercise, its for the uterus..

basta sis, ok lng mgexercise during menstruation. mas ok nga kapag during at post period mg todo exercise sis. because progesterone promotes the use of fat as an energy resource, that's why out body burns more fat at the end of our cycle according to my friend doctor..

there's no proof yet na may bumabang matres because of exercising during menstruation. there are cases related to the matres but those were due to the present illness of a person and has nothig to do about physical activity

Yes you can exercise while menstruating. That's just an old wive's tale. Exercising even helps alleviate dysmenorrhea during your period.
