Hi to all moms out there and to the single belles to become a mom in the coming years.
Just recently, an officemate gave birth to her 1st child. Before getting pregnant, she is following a weight loss program. However, upon learning that she is pregnant, the diet needed to be stop. Weight gain is inevitable during pregnancy and the baby weight left after giving birth is one of the top most concern of all moms when it comes to getting back in shape.
Let me ask all the moms her at BelleToday community.
1. How much weight did you gain during pregnancy?

I went from 110 to 150 during my pregnancy then after giving birth I got stuck in 130 lbs for like almost 2 years, then when I our office moved, I am forced to park like almost 3 blocks away from my office, that's when I start loosing weight since I have to walk those 3 blocks from the parking lot to the office then vice versa, after few months my weight went to 115lbs, then I got pregnant again ... and my weight went again from 115 to 148 I think... so after pregnancy my weight went up and down, right now I'm stuck at 129... I am now enrolled in a gym and are trying to start walking or at least walk 10,000 steps a day hoping that it would help me shed those pounds off... |
