Hi Belles!

The Holidays are over but I believe most of us still have the aftershock of it. Have you already shed those extra pounds you gained? Do you feel depressed looking at the weighing scale and trying to fit in those clothes you are able to wear before the Holidays?

Well, I believe this is the best time we start encouraging and supporting each other in this battle of losing those excess baggage from last year.

- Greens, oranges, whites, browns ... by following this rule, you're sure to eat healthier!

Don't eat when you're not hungry.

- Maybe I have broken this rule a few times, specially at social events.... But every time I think I want to snack, I ask myself if I'm hungry. And most of the time, I'm not! So I don't eat. I just take water or unsweetened coffee or tea.
