What's the ONE healthy thing you've eaten today?

We all have to start somewhere, and why not start with at least one good meal per day? If this is too hard for you, start with ONE healthy food item :)

My healthy food item for the day is :

that is, after eating jollibee for breakfast and spaghetti for lunch..

Peach juice with C-lium...then I'm now eating Liempo with rice and Mangga't bagoong:P

Oatmeal with banana this morning...

...for lunch I cooked Okoy - using mung bean sprouts, grated kalabasa, tokwa and a piece of shelled shrimp per "patty".

- kaso eating three patties of it made me sluggish the whole afternoon, siguro kasi sa mantika. hahaha.

oat bran for breakfast, but I ate chocolate cookies after lunch wah! (one from jananabanana and one from charmaine)

Egg fried in a bit of extra virgin olive oil.

...But I followed it up with a cookie.
