Cycling is an excellent discipline that can build one’s endurance. This sport uses all the muscles of the body, including the thighs and calves. It improves one’s breathing and heart rate.

Practiced regularly, cycling allows better control of muscle tension and increased breathing capacity. It is important to choose a bike suited to your needs (casual ride, race, mountain climb, etc.)

Tips:
- 3 sessions of 30 minutes a week at beginner level
- 3 sessions of 60 minutes a week at intermediate level
- 3 sessions of 90 minutes a week at advanced level
