Hiking allows you to combine both physical activity and the beauty of nature. This activity develops respiratory capacity and rehabilitates vascular diseases.

As a muscular workout, it works the legs, arms, abdominals, and back. Hiking is not recommended for people with problems with the knees, ankles, and bones (cross legs, flat feet, etc.).

It is vital to be equipped with good walking or hiking shoes, whose soles absorb shock. Start with a reasonable distance (2 to 3 kilometers, or 45 minutes), and subsequently choose the distance and duration of your walks depending on your level of fitness and experience.
