Skipping or jumping rope as an exercise allows you to have fun, tone your body and gain endurance all at once. It might be the closest you can get to an all-in-one workout, as it burns fat and works the legs, abdominals, back, buttocks, and shoulders.15 minutes of skipping rope is equivalent to half an hour of jogging (between 300 and 500 calories).

This activity is not recommended for people with scoliosis, or hip, knee, or intervertebral disc problems.

Tips:
- 5 sets of 15 jumps at beginner level
- 10 sets of 15 jumps at intermediate level
- 20 sets of 15 jumps at advanced level

i love jump rope more than running cause when i jump rope i feel that my fats are being shaken and makes me think i lose more calories so by having positive ideas loosing weight would be more possible and lose the depressing idea of not eating.
