Aerobics is a very dynamic activity where quick movements are made to rhythmic music. It primarily works the muscles of the lower body, but it also strengthens and tones the chest.

An hour of aerobics burns between 600 and 1000 calories, depending on the intensity level and the person’s weight. This activity is not recommended for beginners and those who have back problems, weak knees, quadriceps, and tendons, and those who are relatively weak.

Tips:
- Between 45 to 60 minutes for all levels.
- Intermediate and advanced: You can hold mini dumbbells or wear strap-on weights while exercising, or add a step.

Been doing taebo 5 days a week for 3 years now. However, after losing a few pounds, i would gain it back. I cant seem to go beyond the 156 lbs level. Now, im back to 162. I'm hopeful that with the help of Bell Today, I will be able to achieve my initial goal of 150 lbs.
