Starting position:
- Hold a dumbbell in one hand. Put the opposite knee and hand on a bench or table. Lean forward and place your body weight on the hand on the table.
- Keep the arm with the dumbbell next to your chest and bend your forearm to a 90-degree angle.

Movements::
- Extend your arm back until it is straight, and then slowly return to your starting position.
- Complete your set, and then switch to the other arm.

if i don't have any dumbbells, what is the possible substitute? can i use a bottle of mineral water instead?

hmmm, 3lbs to 4lbs is the ideal weight of dumbells for girls :)
