Starting position:
- Face the wall, with your arms raised, in line with your shoulders, legs together, and weight resting on your toes.
- Place your hands on the wall.

Movements::
- With your elbows, push your body towards the wall without touching it.
- Stretch out your arms while inhaling, back to the starting position.
- Move away farther from the wall as you become stronger and more experienced.

Targeted muscles::
Triceps, deltoids, pectorals

nice exercise, so it can be done by a woman as long as a person has the motivition to do this exercise. im very positive i can lost weight . THANKS

i start enjoying doing my daily exercise,,,upon knowing that after a week doing this i already lose 2lbs.
