Starting position:
- Stand with your legs apart, knees slightly bent, and abs tight.
- Hold a dumbbell in each hand.
- Clip your elbows in place

Movements::
- Lift one weight towards your shoulder while inhaling. Your lower back will be better protected while your abdominals are contracted. Your weight will also feel too heavy if you lean backwards.
- As you exhale, slowly return to the starting position and repeat the same movement with the other arm.

Targeted muscles::
- Biceps

Tips:
- This exercise can also be performed while seated.

i do 15 counts then i do it 3x. you can also use plastic bottles.

i did this one before and it really helped my arms becomes firm..
