Starting position:
- Sit on the edge a chair while holding a dumbbell.
- Keep your elbows between your thighs.

Movements::
- Take the dumbbell towards your shoulder, while keeping your back straight.
- As you inhale, return to your original position, without clipping your elbow.

Targeted muscles::
- Biceps.

I'm gonna try this. My arms are sagging already. It's summer and I can't even wear a sleeveless top.

i have tried this exercise my arms tighten but still my arms are big
