Starting position:
- Lie down with your hands behind your head. Lift your legs and bend your knees so that your legs form 90-degree angles.

Movements::
- As if pedaling a bicycle, kick out the right leg while bringing in your left knee to your chest.
- While the left knee is touching the chest, raise your upper body and let your right elbow meet your left knee
- Do the same on the opposite side, letting your left elbow meet the right knee

Targeted muscles:
- Rectus abdominis, external and internal oblique muscles.

Suggested frequency:
Beginner - 2 sets of 60 seconds
Intermediate - 4 sets of 60 seconds
Advanced - 6 sets of 60 seconds
