1. Back and buttock stretch
- Lie on your back, shoulders touching the ground
- Cross the right leg over your left leg, and try to pin down the right knee with your left hand as low as you can
- Hold this position for 3 seconds, repeat 5 times.

2. Inner thigh stretch
- Sit with your knees bent, and with the bottoms of your feet touching each other
- Try to bring your feet inwards, towards the inner thighs.
- Keep your arms on your knees and push them towards the ground
- Repeat this slight pressure 12 times.

3.Trunk stretch
- Stretch the right arm as far up as possible while flexing your left foot and pressing the left heel on the ground/
- Hold for 4 counts, and repeat 10 times for each side.

following the exercise here and the water and walking i lose 8 pounds in just 2 weeks...

feel great doing my daily exercise...its been 2weeks since doing it and yet i seen a bit changes in me.i will continue doing this until i reach my target weight
